Our Sunday Morning Series is a brunch/networking/community building/soul inspiring program designed to be an exciting, informative and totally fun experience. Our mission is to uncover and access the amazing talents and services of the dynamic Artists in our extended communities and to support their creative expression (while perhaps inspiring our own).
| The series will be held on the first Sunday morning of the month in the Private Salone Meeting Room at Camillo’s Café located in Princeton. |
Join us for this Inspirational Journey presented in partnership with Local Artists. The morning will support the experience of Elizabeth Gilbert's "Eat. Pray. Love" best-seller. We will gather to eat Camillo's divine cuisine, offering a luscious four course menu. Pray, as we relax into guided Shamanic meditative experience with Camillo's wife, Roberta Pughe, Licensed Psychotherapist/Shamanic Practitioner, www.robertapughe.com. Love, as we inspire our souls and each other, supporting the pursuit of the Creative Process and the Dialogue about expression of aliveness and nourishment of creativity in our lives as community.
Each month a Local Artist will "sell their wares" and receive a portion of the proceeds from this event to support their Art. The cost of the event is $40/pp (tax & gratuity included).
Artist can offer their proceeds to a charitable organization of their choosing rather than keep the proceeds for themselves!

Thom Montanari: An Automotive, Landscape and Figurative Photographer
My focus on the automobile, landscape, and nostalgia subject matter evolved naturally - it is has been my life-long passion for cars, the outdoors and reverence for the past that drives my creativity. It all began while attending antique car shows as a young boy in my Dad’s Model B pickup and spending summers on Cape Cod. After graduating from the Paier College of Art my career in Illustration began as a sketch artist in New York City, after which I decided to go free lance. In spring of 2004 I completed a BFA in painting, and art history minor from Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of The Arts. I have been published and exhibited with The Society of Illustrators in New York, and my illustrations and paintings hang in corporate collections and the galleries of private collectors throughout the United States and Europe. I have also been the featured artist at the Ferrari-Maserati Racing Days at Lime Rock Park in 2004, the 2000 Castle Hill Concours d’Elegance, and Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix for 1998 and 1999. I have always believed that the automobile will leave an indelible footprint on our global history and culture. The automobile as a cultural icon and other symbols of industrialization are forming the basis of a new body of work. Modern society for the short term remains a car culture. The automobile is firmly established as a contemporary cultural icon. Further proof of this was the 1951 show at New York's Museum of Modern Art which recognized the automobile as an art form. They were described as "hollow, rolling sculpture" by the then-MOMA curator of architecture, Arthur Drexler. MOMA now includes a Ferrari and a Jaguar in their permanent collection. I paint with oils and acrylics in a classical realistic manner which compliments my designs. “Although our memories are nebulous, I strive to capture the essence of the subject matter in my paintings. I dream in color, so naturally the color theories that are applied in my paintings are pre-established.”
